Joost Vriens

I practice since 2013, joined a Sangha in Eindhoven in 2015 and

after a year I became one of the facilitators. Together with a group I organized

several days of mindfulness.

I joined wake up schools in 2017 and enjoyed two online educators’ sangha’s guided

by Miles and Tineke.

Together with Baltus van Laatum, I founded an online educators’ sangha in 2022.

In 2023 I retired from 40 years being a teacher in a secondary vocational school. One

of the reasons was that I wanted to contribute to wake up schools.

I am the father of a son (33) and a daughter (30).
