Relaxation training offers us the chance to come home to ourselves completely. When we are relaxed, we feel content in our bodies, our minds are awake, we can deal creatively with day-to-day topics, and are ready and open to tackle new issues.

During this weekend we will practice mindfulness exercises, a variety of relaxation techniques such as progressive muscle relaxation, autogenic training, yoga, breathing techniques and imagination exercises, so that everyone can develop their own personal relaxation programme. This will enable us to organise and enjoy our everyday life whilst we are totally relaxed in the here and now.
