Love, joy, compassion and happiness are ever present in our lives and can be touched at any time. The question we have to ask ourselves is whether we are ready to touch these feelings within ourselves, or if our attention is focused on worries, pain and suffering.
Training is everything ! And focusing on the healing power within is also training.
In this course we will train ourselves to change perspective. We will learn to focus our mindfulness and concentration on that which is healing, brings relaxation and, step by step, makes us happier.
