The energy of mindfulness helps us to anchor ourselves completely in the present moment, and deep joy can arise from this presence. The practice brings us in different ways to this place of presence: we can awaken and nourish the joy in ourselves through sitting and walking meditation, singing, eating in mindfulness, in our daily mindfulness activities and dharma sharing sessions.
