The Art of Mindful Touch

Our life force finds expression in our body. If we are prepared to give it time and space, we can experience its tenderness, strength, movements and rhythms and connect with our deep joy, appreciation and gratitude.
In this course, by experiencing them we will learn which inner mental states help us to touch ourselves in ways that are healing. Using a combination of mindfulness and dynamic drawing exercises we will focus all our attention on our body, and learn to understand its language and gestures in order to gain a deeper understanding of both our need for contact and that of others.
