Stress reduction through meditation, tai chi and Yoga

In our daily lives, many of us are completely caught up in our thoughts. We need to find a balance between physical exercise and the time we spend sitting and working with our minds. During this weekend we will place the emphasis on physical exercise and take advantage of the opportunities offered by Integral Tai Chi and yoga to relax and heal.
Using the relaxation exercises developed by Bercelli, we will slowly release the powerful emotional experiences that have become locked within our bodies. Total relaxation (body scan) and meditation will also form part of our daily practice and help us let go and heal further.
