In this course we will return to ourselves and learn how to recognize and calm our emotions without being overwhelmed by them. To achieve this we will learn to harmonize our breathing and be truly present for our emotions, in the same way as a mother lovingly cares for her baby. Gradually, even difficult emotions will begin to seem like old friends who show us the way to achieving greater insight and freedom. We recommend that participants come for the whole week, so that we can take advantage of the opportunity for deep listening that our calm and togetherness offers. However, if it is not possible to come for the whole week , you can also come just for the weekend (27 - 29 April).
