During this course we will joyfully bring our awareness to our sitting
meditation. When we sit in silence and follow our breathing, we can calm our
body and our mind and connect deeply with ourselves. Step by step, we will move
towards more inner peace and concentration and look more deeply into ourselves
with the help of simple, clear guided meditations. As well as sitting
meditation we will also practise mindful walking.
This course is for everybody who enjoys sitting meditation. We recommend
that participants attend for the whole week, so that we can look deeply into
ourselves. However, if this is not possible you are also welcome to come just
for the weekend.
Language: German with English translation
