During this course we will focus our attention primarily on sitting and walking meditation. The Buddha taught these forms of meditation, practiced them himself and experienced a state of inner peace and deep insight.  When we follow our breathing, we can allow our body and our mind to relax: we have nothing to do and nowhere to go. With every breath and every step we arrive in the here and now.  Step by step, we will move towards more inner peace and concentration and look more deeply into ourselves with the help of simple, clear guided meditations. As well as sitting meditation we will also practise mindful walking.

This course is suitable for beginners and everyone interested in giving their practice fresh momentum.
