Simply Enjoy Sitting
During this course we will bring our awareness to our sitting meditation. When we sit in silence and follow our breathing, we can calm our body and our mind and connect deeply with ourselves. Step by step, we will move towards more inner peace and concentration and look more deeply into ourselves. Because we practise mainly sitting meditation during this course, we will have fewer and shorter presentations, Dharma talks and sharing sessions.
This course is for everybody who likes sitting meditation. Both beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome.
