Many people are completely caught up in their thoughts in their daily life – constantly thinking and worrying. We need to find a balance between body and mind. Many of us may spend most of our work life in our heads, expending great mental effort.  Therefore, during this weekend, we will emphasize physical exercise. Integral Tai Chi and Qi Gong with sticks are excellent means to help us relax and heal deeply. We will engage in daily total relaxation (body scan) and meditation to help us letting go and heal.
