Relaxation Through Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Yoga

In our daily lives, many of us are completely caught up in our thoughts. We need to find a balance between physical exercise and the time we spend in our life sitting and working with our minds. During this weekend we will, therefore, place the emphasis on physical exercise: Integral Tai Chi and yoga are excellent ways to relax and heal.
Using the relaxation exercises developed by Bercelli, we will slowly release the powerful emotional experiences that have become locked within our bodies. We will also practice daily total relaxation (body scan) and meditation to help us let go and heal further.
