This course is
designed for people who suffer from stress and for those who wish to be
of help to others who are so challenged. We will practice mindful
breathing throughout the day in all we do. We will stop, come back to
ourselves and learn to identify the elements that lead to stress in our
lives. At the end of the weekend, we will have mastered enough tools to
help us guard ourselves against stress in our daily life.
This
course will cover:

Sitting and walking meditation;

Mindful communication: deep listening, loving speech, techniques to restore and maintain good communication in the family, the community and in the work place;

The Five Mindfulness Trainings for an ethical behaviour in daily life;
-
Mindful breathing and walking in order to return to the present moment;
-
The capacity to be in touch with the many wonders of life in the present moment.
