Anxiety could be said to be the sickness of our time. It leads to many disturbances of body and mind. 

During this course students will learn:

  • to be in touch with all that is wonderful and refreshing in the present moment

  • to slow down and stop the scattered thinking through the practice of breathing, walking and guided meditation

  • to relax and regain their energy at any time during the day
