Anxiety could be said to be the sickness of our time. It leads to many disturbances of body and mind.
During this course students will learn:

to be in touch with all that is wonderful and refreshing in the present moment

to slow down and stop the scattered thinking through the practice of breathing, walking and guided meditation

to relax and regain their energy at any time during the day
