Opening Up Our Inner Space
Just as observation of our breathing and body can support us in our meditation, mindful singing can also open up our inner space and deepen our meditation practice. Together with Susanne Mössinger und Klaus Nagel we will sing mantras, chants and German songs that open our hearts and touch the joy of life. The texts, expressing compassion and gratitude, have the power to touch the seeds deep within us, strengthening a positive and mindful attitude towards life. Intuitive painting and writing will also be our companions along the way.
The course begins on Friday at 9 a.m. You are welcome to arrive the evening before and to sing along with Klaus and Susanne and the Waldbröl Sangha on Thursday evening.
