How can we apply the teaching of Thich Nhat Hanh in our daily life at home? How can we develop deep mindfulness – not only during retreats but also at home, with our family, with friends and at our workplace?
Together we shall practice Sitting and Walking Meditation, Eating in Mindfulness and sharing our insights about how to take the practice home.
