Love in Action (II)
When we are full of worry and fear, we continually search for places of refuge outside of ourselves. We might have the urge to go to a movie, a party or even a bar to try and suppress difficult emotions. In a world full of chaos and confusion we just don’t know how to love ourselves. In this course we will learn to recognize and identify our different mental states, and use a range of different practices, that we can also apply in our daily lives, to help us embrace our anger and other painful emotions. We will discover that it is possible to transform the energy trapped in difficult states of mind into a source of loving energy that heals both us and our loved ones.
