Integral Tai Chi (ITC) restores heath, reduces stress and increases our inner energy. ITC combines Qi Gong, traditional Tai Chi and the Indian Chakra System, and is based on Buddhist philosophy. 
Integral Tai Chi
· trains the body to be strong and flexible,
· strengthens the circulation,
· activates the inner energy centres,
· increases inner energy,
· invigorates the body and sharpens the mind,
· reduces stress.
The goal of Integral Tai Chi is to generate and maintain a high level of energy, in order to sustain the high level of awareness that we achieve through meditation.
