“Buddhist meditation aims, first of all, at restoring communication with ourselves.” This weekend we will put Thay’s words into practice. We will allow ourselves the time to pause, become still, and be present for everything within us that wants our attention.
We will practice listening wholeheartedly and without judgment to those parts in us that long so deeply to be heard. Support and advice to help us in this process will be offered.
