Retreat with Sr. Ingrid (Bi Nghiem)
This course is for those who want to learn to eat and live more healthily, in addition to those who face eating problems and seek to numb their feelings through eating and drinking. We will practice coming into contact with our bodies and feelings in a way that brings reconciliation and allows us to deeply enjoy the act of eating. We will learn to respect our bodies and honour our feelings so we can eat what our body really needs. A number of exercises will help us improve contact with ourselves.
