Eating and Emotions
Looking deeply into our eating. With Sr. Ingrid (Bi Nghiem) and Sr. Jewel (Chau Nghiem)
This course is for those who want to learn to eat and live more healthily as well as those who are facing eating problems. This course will help us stop being driven by either inner or outer forces and show us how to connect and reconcile with our body and our feelings so we can deeply enjoy the act of eating. We will learn to listen to our bodies and honor our feelings so we can eat what our body really needs.
