A key element of our spiritual path is to develop patience, ease and perseverance in facing the different situations in our life. Mindfulness of our body, feelings and mind can help us give up running and be fully in contact with ourselves, our relatives, our friends and with the world around us.
This practice enables us to truly arrive in the present moment, to dwell in perfect peace and to open up to the miracle of life. This course includes both guided and silent meditation, sitting and walking, easy Yoga exercises and total relaxation.
