When we take a look at our lives, we often have the impression that many things repeat themselves; that we and others are continually caught up in old ways of thinking, talking and acting.

Adopting an attitude of loving mindfulness towards our bodies, minds and feelings can help bring a new awareness to these old structures. By looking with fresh eyes we can start to discover the many small and large treasures in ourselves, others, nature and the world around us; we can begin to trust life and the many ways it unfolds, and experience the bond of union with all of life. Guided and silent sitting and walking  meditation, simple yoga exercises, Dharma talk, sharing and deep relaxation.
