Mindfulness in Daily Life

a course with Marjolijn van Leeuwen

How can we integrate the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh into our daily lives? How can we cultivate mindfulness – not just during a retreat, but also at home, with family and friends, and in our workplace?

We will practice sitting and walking meditation, eating mindfully together and share our insights about how to practice at home.
